We keep refund rules simple, because cash-flow clarity is business respect.
1. Coins
Coins purchased are consumable digital credits and are non-refundable, except where the Platform fails to deliver a purchased service due to our error. Unused coins roll over for 6 months from the top-up month.
2. Subscriptions
Plan fees are billed in advance for the month. If you cancel before the renewal date, the current paid period remains usable to its end; no partial refund is issued for the current period. On our error preventing use for more than 72 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rata credit.
3. Services
Implementation and consulting services, once delivered (call completed or workflow deployed), are non-refundable. If we fail to deliver a purchased service, a full refund or free re-delivery is offered.
4. How to Request
Email grievance@simpleagentix.com with your registered number and invoice ID. Requests are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 7 working days.
