This Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') protects every business on the platform, their customers and the integrity of the swarm. It applies to all Users, including partners, CAs, affiliates and API consumers.
1. Lawful Use Only
You may use the Platform only for lawful business operations in India and the jurisdictions where you operate. You are responsible for keeping your use compliant with all applicable laws.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: send spam, phishing or fraudulent communications; run debt-collection harassment or threatening recovery flows; process financial data without authorisation; attempt to manipulate the coin economy or referral programs; probe, hack or disrupt platform infrastructure; or input content that is defamatory, obscene or violates third-party rights.
3. AI & Consent
Before deploying voice-calling, messaging or campaign automations to third parties, you must secure the required consents per the DPDP Act 2023 and TRAI/TCCCPR guidelines. SimpleAgentix may require evidence of consent on request.
4. Enforcement
Violations may result in warning, suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of coin balances for abuse, and referral to law enforcement where required. The Supreme Judge's automated governance may block abusive patterns in real time.
