You can leave SimpleAgentix as easily as you joined it.
1. How to Cancel
Cancel anytime from Billing → Subscription with a single tap, or by voice command 'Cancel my plan'. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
2. Data Export
Before or within 30 days after cancellation, export all business data (ledgers, invoices, reports) in open formats at no charge. Use the 'Export everything' action or ask the support desk.
3. Retention & Deletion
After cancellation, data remains retrievable for 60 days. Thereafter it is permanently deleted under our retention schedule, except where law requires retention. Coin balances expire on cancellation.
4. Rejoining
A new subscription restores your data history if requested within 12 months, subject to availability.
