Founder Story
Built in Ranaghat, for Every Business Like It.
The story behind SimpleAgentix — why a small town in Nadia became the birthplace of Bharat's voice-native operating system.
Why This Exists
A Neighbourhood Observed
Every day in Ranaghat, shopkeepers close their shutters and open registers. They count khata by phone screen, argue with Excel, call their CA in panic and wonder why software 'never works for people like us'.
The founder, Somnath Saha, kept watching this pattern — not in a conference hall, but on his own street: the wholesaler's unread missives, the sweet shop's festival chaos, the invoice written by hand because 'computer wale ka time nahi hai'. The conclusion was simple: the problem is not the business. The problem is that software never learned to talk Bharat's language.
The Belief
Small Town. Global Standard.
SimpleAgentix was built from a single conviction: a village kirana store should command the same firepower as a Fortune 500 back office — without a single training session, a single dashboard tutorial, or a single page of English documentation.
That belief shaped everything: Zero-UI, voice-first, sachet coin pricing, on-premise Tally bridges, 2G-ready offline mode, and regional dialects as first-class citizens. Enterprise power, vernacular simplicity, Indian pricing.
What We Optimise For
Voice as the Interface
If a business owner can talk, they can operate. Everything else is our problem.
Sachet Economics
Cola in a village is sold in sachets because cash flows daily. Software must respect that rhythm.
Trust as Infrastructure
Bengali books, biometric gates, Indian data residency — trust is not a feature, it's the foundation.
