These API Terms govern access to SimpleAgentix developer APIs, webhooks and sandbox environments.
1. Access & Keys
API keys are personal to your account. You may not share, resell or embed keys in client-side code. Production access requires an Industrial or enterprise plan; sandbox access is available for development.
2. Rate Limits & Fair Use
Each plan defines rate limits. Bursting beyond limits throttles your key. The CTO Agent governs infrastructure health; abusive usage may trigger suspension.
3. Data Through APIs
Data transmitted via APIs is processed under the Data Processing Addendum. You are responsible for lawful entitlements to transmit the data you send.
4. Service Levels
API availability targets 99.9% monthly. Scheduled maintenance is notified 24 hours in advance. See the SLA for credits on unmet availability.
