SimpleAgentix Private Limited ('We') respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process, why, and the rights you hold under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the IT Act, 2000.
1. Data We Collect
Account and business identity data (name, phone, email, business profile, address); verification data (ID documents, biometric identifiers for FaceID/voiceprint gates — stored as encrypted templates, not raw reads); business operations data (ledgers, stock, invoices, workflows, voice notes); communications data (support and consultation records); and technical data (device, network, logs).
2. Why We Process It
To execute your workflows, maintain accounts, bill, secure the platform, comply with law, and improve the service. Voice notes are processed to fulfil the task and are not used to train models on your business secrets without consent.
3. Sharing
We never sell personal data. We share only: with integrated applications you authorise (Tally, Razorpay, GSTN, WhatsApp — via encrypted, scoped connections); with service providers bound by DPDP-equivalent contracts; or with authorities when law requires. Cross-border transfer: data remains resident in India by default.
4. Security
AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, biometric gates on sensitive actions, access controls and continuous monitoring. See the Security Policy for detail. In the event of a breach, we notify the DPDP Authority and affected principals under the statutory timeline.
5. Your Rights
Under the DPDP Act you may request access, correction, deletion and grievance redressal of your personal data. Write to grievance@simpleagentix.com; we respond within 24 hours and resolve within 7 working days.
6. Retention
Data is retained while your account is active and up to 60 days after closure, except where law requires longer. Voice notes used solely to execute tasks are deleted after task completion where feasible.
