These terms govern engagements between SimpleAgentix and its vendors, suppliers and sub-processors.
1. Engagement
Work is performed per a written statement of work; changes require written approval. Invoices are paid within 30 days of acceptance.
2. Confidentiality & Data
Vendors must maintain confidentiality, comply with the DPA where personal data is processed, and may not use SimpleAgentix data for their own purposes.
3. Compliance
Vendors warrant compliance with applicable law, DPDP obligations and our Vendor Code of Conduct (anti-bribery, labour standards).
