This Partner Agreement governs the SimpleAgentix Partner Program for CAs, consultants, agencies and resellers.
1. Roles
Partners refer businesses to the platform. SimpleAgentix owns the customer relationship and service delivery; Partners earn recurring commissions on referred customers' coin spend.
2. Commission
25% recurring commission on net coin spend of referred businesses, paid monthly via bank transfer, subject to a minimum payout threshold. Commission lasts for the life of the referred account — recurring, not a one-time fee.
3. Referral Attribution
Attribution requires an approved partner link or code at signup. Self-referrals, misrepresentation and fraudulent referrals breach this agreement and void commissions.
4. Conduct
Partners must not make unapproved claims about capabilities, promise regulatory outcomes (e.g. 'guaranteed no GST penalty'), or misrepresent affiliation.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate with notice. Accrued commission for verified referrals remains payable after termination.
