This Data Processing Addendum ('DPA') forms part of the Terms when SimpleAgentix processes personal data on your behalf as a Data Processor or Data Fiduciary, as applicable.
1. Roles
You are the Data Fiduciary for your business data; SimpleAgentix processes data to execute your instructions. Where SimpleAgentix independently determines purposes (billing, security, legal), it acts as a fiduciary in its own right.
2. Processing Instructions
SimpleAgentix processes data solely for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and the documented instructions of your account, unless law requires otherwise.
3. Sub-Processors
A current list of sub-processors (hosting, OCR, messaging, payment gateways) is available on request. New sub-processors are notified 14 days in advance with a right to object.
4. Security & Assistance
SimpleAgentix maintains organisational and technical measures per the Security Policy, and assists you with data-principal requests and breach notifications under the DPDP Act.
5. International Transfers
By default data remains in India. Any cross-border transfer requires your written consent and lawful transfer mechanism.
