Application form data, CV/resume, cover letters, professional profiles (e.g. LinkedIn links you share), interview notes and references.
2. How It's Used
Solely for evaluation and recruitment; retained up to 12 months after the process for future roles, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.
3. Sharing
Assessment and interview data is visible only to authorised internal teams and assessment partners bound by confidentiality.
4. Your Rights
Access, correct or delete your application data anytime by writing to grievance@simpleagentix.com.
